Vanguard Realty - Sales & Experience Manager (3-8 yrs)
Sales:
1. Manage the experience of the sale and establish a relationship with the customer.
2. Have the mindset to act as a relationship manager of a high net worth individual.
3. Identify and develop new client accounts, recognizing avenues to tap target audience
4. Use his/her own portfolio of ultra HNI's to generate sales
5. Develop and manage robust sales strategies for different products & markets
6. Meet Sales targets that the candidate has set with approval of management
7. Spearhead the creation of a channel partner network
8. Liaison and work closely with the HOD's and channel partners for various promotional offers
9. Build a sales team over time for other projects. Take ownership of this team.
10. Develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners
11. Leverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches & launches
Brand Experience:
1. Successfully deliver and drive the sales experience
2. Develop unique experience strategy for each product - in collaboration with the marketing team
3. Introduce the brand personality in a crisp and convincing manner to clients, aligning it to client lifestyle
4. Present the product to new clients, creating interest for the project similar to introductory walks conducted in hospitality
5. Ensure buyers are given excellent service from the first point of contact until after they have settled into their new home
6. Be aware of experience centric development in the industry and consistently revise experience strategy accordingly
7. Use all types of media and technology to interact with client base and present brand to client
Key Skills:
1. Extensive experience in sales for luxury real estate and/or hospitality or other sectors e.g. fashion
2. Polished Personality - poised and engaging, the individual should be highly refined and possess excellent written and oral communication skills
3. Excellent inter-personal & problem solving skills with luxury selling etiquette
4. Ability to inspire trust, integrity & influence client and team members
5. Attentive to detail - takes responsibility of every touch point of the luxury sales experience
6. Highly organised and able to categorized and access data with ease
7. Comfortable in both independent and collaborative work environments
8. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, keynote, numbers.
Work Experience:
Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in luxury real estate sales with a reputed real estate developer; or experience in luxury sales with an international fashion or hospitality brand
Educational Qualification: Post Graduation - MBA in Sales & Marketing
(International university preferred but not mandatory)
