Job Profile / position summary :


This position shall be responsible for the entire Sales function for the allocated segments, Region/s. This is an Individual contributory role and will be reporting to the Chief Sales Officer.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Business development, Sales and Marketing of Fintech products to targeted clients across the country.

- Able to drive the sales and marketing strategy, including partnerships, in collaboration with service teams.

- Habit of taking ownership and overachieving sales targets without excuses

- Should have excellent understanding of B2B sales process, competitive landscape, their challenges and strategies

- Excellent networking with corporate clients in target segments

- Responsible for understanding and capturing market opportunities in each segment, co ordinating with Product, Technology and customer success teams to design appropriate solutions to win the deals

- Past experience selling SaaS products will be an added advantage

- Sharp commercial acumen and very good working knowledge of Microsoft office

- Working closely for project implementation, with project team.

- Ability to engage with prospective clients at all levels of seniority

- Outstanding communication skills with solid business ethics

- Fluent English, any other language a plus

Candidate Profile :

- Min. 10 years- experience in B2B Sales

- Candidate must understand & should be very aggressive in Presales and should be well versed in data mining

- Excellent in developing deep relationships with the client/ stakeholders - should have past experience in developing deep relationships plus should have a knack of developing new relationships

- Candidate with experience in SaaS sales or solution selling preferred

- Should possess strong commercial knowledge

- Position open to both Female & Male candidates

- Has experience or has an open mind to work in a start up organization
