ValueNotes - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
- Establish dialogues with key decision-makers, including VPs, SVPs, Directors, and CXO level executives in client organizations.
- Set up meetings and conference calls by cold calling & generating leads for BD Managers/ Directors/VPs.
- Source and mine contacts from various business directories and websites.
- Attend sales calls with BD Managers/Directors/VPs; prepare meeting notes.
- Assist the BD Managers/Directors/VPs with follow-ups.
- Assist the BD Managers/Directors/VPs in preparing marketing collateral.
- Well-versed with all pre-sales support functions - designing, launching, and managing email campaigns; tele-calling; developing prospect lists; maintaining calling MIS; and proactively creating business opportunities.
Competencies :
Must have :
- Good command over English (written & oral).
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Pre-sales calling (outbound) experience mandatory.
- Market and business research experience an added advantage.
- Ability to work with strict targets (goal orientation).
- Ability to work well in a team, particularly with product and service delivery teams.
- Willingness to go beyond self to take on larger goals; self-driven; dependability; persistent attitude.
- Should be open to working in the US shift (4pm-1am / 5pm-2am).
