As a sales representative, you will be crucial in promoting and selling these comprehensive solutions to medical practitioners, focusing on client acquisition retention and building solid and lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Presenting Value Proposition: Effectively demonstrate the benefits of WhiteCoats' offerings, including cloud/SAAS-based technology products and services, to medical practitioners, doctor groups, and hospitals.

- Lead Management: Execute and track the inside sales process, ensuring all leads are nurtured towards successful outcomes and targets.

- Reporting: Provide regular sales activity reports and progress updates every week.

- Sales Processes: Utilize appropriate sales processes and CRM tools (such as Zoho suite) to enhance trackability, productivity, and accountability.

- Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to drive sales outcomes and align them with marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

- Experience: 2+ years (for Associate; 4+ years for Senior Associate) of experience in inside sales for SAAS-based products and services, preferably in healthcare.

- Proven Success: A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Sales Expertise: In-depth experience with the end-to-end inside sales process, including collaborating with Marketing teams to pursue leads generated through campaigns and other channels.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions to clients.

- Work Ethic: A relentless drive to succeed and a willingness to go the extra mile.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with rapidly changing requirements.

- Sales Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Desired Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate degree.

- Industry Experience: Experience in the healthcare industry with a solid understanding of solutions for doctors and hospitals is an added advantage

- Startup Experience: A successful sales track record with healthcare startups in India is highly desirable.
