Valad Infotech Solutions - Executive - International Sales - ERP Software Vertical (2-5 yrs)

We are looking for a driven and skilled International Sales Executive to join our team and focus on selling our ERP software solutions to international clients. In this role, you will be responsible for researching potential prospects, generating leads and scheduling meetings to demonstrate how our ERP solutions can transform their business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify international prospects for our ERP software.

- Initiate outbound calls and emails to engage potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our ERP solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up.

- Convert leads into clients by presenting tailored ERP solutions that meet their specific needs and challenges.

- Schedule and conduct meetings or demos with prospects to showcase the features and advantages of our ERP software.

- Accurately track and manage all leads and client interactions using our CRM system.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for lead generation and conversion.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as established by management.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.

- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements :

1. Excellent English communication skills.

2. Bachelor's degree with Sales experience or ME Degree.

3. Experience in tele-calling and/or sales with a minimum of 2 years' experience.

4. Knowledge of the Maritime industry is a plus.

5. International sales experience is an advantage.

Preferred Skills :

1. Fluent in English.

2. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

3. Positive attitude and target-driven approach.
