- Manage Multiple Client Accounts
- Follow up on Payments with clients
- Responsible for Service Delivery
- No Sales

- Should have excellent written and oral communication
- Should be fluent in English. Proficiency in other languages an added advantage
- Hands on experience in customer handling
- Should be dynamic and energetic
- Great team player
