Role : SEO Specialist :
We are looking for a talented and motivated SEO Specialist to join our team and play a key role in our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our website's ranking on search engines like Google.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-volume, relevant keywords that align with our business goals.
- Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and title tags for target keywords.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and fix website issues that hinder search engine ranking.
- Develop and execute a link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.
- Monitor website traffic and performance metrics using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
- Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other marketing team members to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in SEO.
- Proven track record of success in improving website organic traffic and search engine ranking.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off- page SEO.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz (a plus).
