VaidyaRx - Manager - Business Development (0-7 yrs)
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Business Development & Project Management Manager, you will be responsible for driving B2B enterprise sales, expanding VaidyaRx's market presence, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, executing revenue-driven initiatives, and ensuring seamless project execution. Additionally, you will contribute to hiring the right talent to build a strong and capable team. You will also play a vital role in acquiring patients for Domestic Health Travel Services, ensuring smooth coordination, onboarding, and an excellent patient experience. Develop and implement business expansion strategies to establish partnerships with private and government hospitals, independent clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare institutions, and government agencies. Identify and acquire new clients through B2B enterprise sales strategies and relationship-building efforts.
- Strengthen brand positioning in the healthcare ecosystem through strategic outreach and market intelligence. Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business goals and ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Analyse industry trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Contribute to sales forecasting and financial planning, ensuring a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Represent VaidyaRx at healthcare conferences, networking events, and business forums to build industry connections and promote the company's vision. Assist in hiring the right talent, ensuring that the team consists of skilled professionals aligned with the company's objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Growth & Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and institutional stakeholders.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, medical professionals, and hospital administrators.
- Revenue Generation & Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive customer acquisition.
4 Lead Generation & Market Penetration: Conduct targeted outreach to identify new opportunities, assess market demand, and drive expansion into new regions.
- Government & Institutional Collaboration: Engage with public health bodies, research institutions, and government healthcare initiatives to explore collaborations.
- Generate and onboard patients for Domestic Health Travel services by building relationships with healthcare providers and potential clients.
- Ensure smooth coordination between hospitals, patients and internal teams for seamless healthcare travel services.
- Maintain accurate patient records and track the journey from consultation to treatment.
- Proposal Development & Negotiations: Prepare compelling business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective partners.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and healthcare regulations to optimize business plans.
- Operational Coordination: Assist in the onboarding and training of new business partners and ensure smooth integration of services.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Develop weekly and monthly business reports, track performance metrics, and suggest areas for improvement.
- Brand Representation: Represent VaidyaRx at healthcare expos, industry networking events, and B2B meetings to showcase our solutions and build industry credibility.
- Deliver compelling presentations to showcase VaidyaRx's analytics solutions and business value to clients.
- Project Management & Execution: Lead and manage healthcare technology and digital health projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, deliverables, andstrategic objectives.
- Ensure projects and tasks comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and standards.
- Interact with our clients on a daily basis and should be ready to travel to the client sight.
