Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze the leads generated from the MRE team and send an initial mail to the client in offering our staffing service.
- He will be doing initial level of email campaigns and cold calling with the client to make sure if the client has any staffing / full time requirements.
- He will be consistently following up (through calls and emails) with the client to arrange a conference call with the technical recruitment team.
- He will send the conference call consolidation to the client and make sure that the client and our company is in the same page in required understanding.
- He will work with the client in executing the contract for staffing/full time needs.
Job Requirement:
- Should have 2 to 3 years of experience in Lead generation, cold calling to US clients, email campaigns, rate negotiations
- Should have understanding on Software technologies. UG degree with a technical background will be must for this role.
- Should be strong in composing emails &handling US client calls.
- Should possess excellent communication skills to build rapport with potential clients.
- Be a self-starter who can set and execute goals
- Ability to influence and persuade team members to achieve desired outcomes.
- Should have high ability in listening/understanding and grasping.
- Should possess experience in handling client calls& good convincing skills
- Should possess very strong aptitude & logical reasoning.
- Should have strong leadership skills, Problem Solving, analytical and team handling abilities.
