Vaccine On Wheels - Executive - Customer Care (1-3 yrs)
1. Manage the day to day Patient Care Services.
2. Personally handle queries to ensure accurate & courteous communication, providing all required information.
3. Provide an effective communication link between patient and medical staff.
4. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
5. Ensure service is proactive & responsive whether in person, on the telephone or via mail.
6. Confident with a pleasing personality.
7. Answer incoming calls from customers
8. Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues
9. Maintain and update customer and referral information
Required Candidate Profile :
1.Self-motivated individuals to achieve targets.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3.Ability to communicate calmly with customers, co-workers
4. Keen attention to detail, especially involving checking forms and documents for proper information -
5.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software
6. Proficient in customer service
7.Active listening and comprehension skills
8.Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers etc.
9. Experienced in hospital industry
