Responsible for generating leads and developing new business opportunities. This position will be responsible to develop, implement and maintain lead generation strategies that are consistent with the company's core values of integrity, honesty, respect, accountability, transparency, and excellence in all aspects of customer service.

Job Description :

- Reporting to Director - Business Development.

- Develop new business via the established channels (telephone and help desk system) and mass communication such as email to introduce V2 solutions and identify appropriate clients within the USA market.

- Work closely with marketing team to refine social media presence as well as campaigns and social media.

- Lead generation of new leads for regular sales cycles for US region. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects clients.

- Trying to generate leads from existing accounts (Farming withing the account with help of the delivery heads)

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that all lead sources are properly identified, tracked and optimized in order to maximize revenue.

- Oversee prospective client relationship management through direct contact and other channels as needed.

- Cold calling and building pipeline for prospective clients and sharing details with Sales team.

- Provide support on marketing initiatives. Assessing the results of marketing campaigns.

- Work closely with sales team/Salesforce representatives to develop strategies to drive conversion rates across multiple channels.
