V2 Retail - Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager (5-7 yrs)
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth functioning of the retail outlet as per the standards and processes defined
- Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Review store staff on their respective KRA- & KPI's in order to develop performance driven culture.
- Ensure support to the marketing team in execution of in-store promotion or loyalty programs
- Track, analyze, and take steps to increase footfalls to ensure monthly sale targets for the store are met
- Ensure that the store has the required infrastructure, approvals etc. and maintained as per the norms defined
- Monitor receipt, storage and return of items to ensure there is no pilferage or damage
- Track and control the store expenses and petty cash to ensure meeting the profitability targets of the store
