Manager - Sales Operations (General Trade business)
Roles & Responsibilities :
1) Managing the Distributor Management System (DMS) & Sales Force Automation (SFA) module of MSell, our app which distributors & sales team use for daily operations
2) Responsible for all sales MIS, with the source being our ERP system (NetSuite) & MSell
3) Sales Forecasting & coordination with our plant to ensure production
4) Planning of trade schemes & sales force incentives
5) Coordination with Logistics to ensure timely turnaround of distributor orders (invoicing)
6) Working with Marketing function for both formulating & executing BTL plans
7) Liasioning with Finance for settlement of distributor claims
What We Are Looking ?
1) FMCG sales/sales support experience of approx. 6-10 years
2) Have the knowledge & experience of managing DMS / SFA in their past organization(s)
3) Strong skills in MS Office (mostly Excel, and also Word & PowerPoint to some extent)
4) Good analytical skills. Should have the ability to create value added reports & assist the Area Sales Managers to take informed, data based decisions
5) Ability to effectively communicate & liaison cross functionally (with Production, Logistics, Finance, HR, IT & Marketing)
