Project : Mera Gao Meri Dharohar
Project Details : MGMD, an initiative of the Ministry of Culture, Government of India envisions to culturally map the 6.5 Lakh villages of India and place them on a single platform (mgmd.info) for the world to virtually travel the villages and experience the diversified culture of India.
- The portal offers data on the villages of India such as food, history, traditional dress, ornaments, temples, fairs and festivals.
Role and Responsibilities :
1. Identification of sensible vs incorrect data
2. Checking for plagiarism in the data
3. Improvising the language and construction of better sentences
4. Editing any spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors
5. Removing/changing sensitive or controversial data.
