Uvi Health - Digital Marketing Specialist (2-7 yrs)

Uvi Health is a digital health start-up that is building a science-backed program for sexual and reproductive health disorders. We are a team of Harvard/IIT graduates, on a mission to help women live healthy, fulfilling lives. Uvi Health was one of the 11 startups picked by Accel Partners for its SeedToScale Consumer-tech cohort. We are backed by top micro VCs and angels from India. We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team full-time.
Key responsibilities :
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and channels
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Draft creative and contextual communication for marketing activities
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and styles across social platforms
- Demonstrate ROI on all digital marketing efforts
- Regularly track the performance of posts and derive insights to propose a future strategy for all accounts and present the same to the clients/customers
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Own the strategy and roadmap for paid acquisition efforts, with top priorities being continual traffic growth and increased conversions.
Desired background :
- At least 2 years of experience in running and optimizing Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google Ads, SEM, etc
- Undergraduate or Masters degree with a major in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or Media Management.)
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- A highly driven self-starter, with very strong ownership of their work
- Strong writing skills with experience writing social media content, internal communications, etc. and telling stories across multiple channels.
