Utthunga - Manager - Business Development (5-10 yrs)
Job Description:
Looking for a self-driven, passionate, and result-driven individual to join the Business Development team at Utthunga. Primary target market for this BD role is US. The candidate has to have at least 5+ years of business development/sales experience with an industrial OEM or industrial software company [industrial domain understanding is a must]
Candidate Profile:
Prime Responsibilities:
- Identify new accounts for our product engineering services
- Mine existing accounts for deeper/wider engagement
- Perform comprehensive research (on prospect company) to acquire holistic intelligence for better positioning of Utthunga's capabilities
- Proper mapping of key stakeholders/decision-makers
- Display consultative and value-added selling techniques
- Work with the technical and pre-sales peers
- Nurture in-bound leads and convert them into quality pipeline
- Leverage tools such as CRM for prospect management
- Keep oneself aligned to companies strategic direction and focus areas
- Work with peers to solve problems with minimum noise
- Importantly: Number driven and achieve targets
Required Skills:
- Engineering degree, preferably in Computer/Electrical field and 10-15 years of core BD experience
- Experience in the Industrial Automation domain, having worked with an Industrial OEM or an Industrial software company
- Right attitude and committed to organizations- goals
- Demonstrates ability to understand the technical and business aspects of Utthunga offerings
- Ability to understand the target market segments and clarity on the positioning/messaging
- Skilled at crafting good emails
