Role Summary:
The Category Marketing Manager will develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to establish and promote the new offline school initiative. This role requires expertise in traditional marketing (hoardings, banners, newspapers) and digital channels (YouTube, social media, Google Ads) to drive awareness, increase admissions, and position the school as a preferred choice among parents and students. The role involves collaboration with school leadership, city heads, and the core marketing team to implement localized and impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution : Plan and launch ATL and BTL marketing campaigns tailored to the offline school initiative, focusing on building the brand and driving student admissions.
Admissions Marketing : Develop and implement marketing plans to attract prospective students, including school-specific open houses, events, and parent engagement programs.
Local Engagement : Collaborate with city heads and school leadership to understand local market dynamics and craft region-specific marketing initiatives.
Performance Tracking & Reporting : Monitor campaign performance through defined KPIs, analyze data for insights, and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Brand Positioning : Drive communication strategies that align with the school's vision, ensuring consistency across all offline and online channels.
Budget Management : Plan and allocate marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience (3-9 years) in offline and digital marketing, preferably in education or a related sector
- Strong project management, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Skills Required:
- Expertise in ATL/BTL marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives
- Proficiency in analytics tools, MS Office, and CRM systems
