Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic IT Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the IT field. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in IT, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving our sales efforts, building strong relationships with new and existing clients, and contributing to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate sales by identifying potential clients and understanding their IT needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service and communication.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
- Coordinate with the technical team to meet customer needs.
- Track sales activity and prepare reports for management review.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
