UTalks - Strategic Business Developer (1-4 yrs)
JOB SUMMARY
The Strategic Business Developer is in charge of developing business solutions. They will manage client and come up with new sales ideas. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Person with 2-4 years of experience to help us expand.
JOB ROLE
1.Researching Individuals & Organizations to identify new leads.
2.Contacting potential Speakers to establish rapport and set up meetings.
3.Researching the need from the speakers & Developing plans to increase the viewers .
4.Be a subject matter expert on our business processes and operations.
5.Develop a growth strategy focused both on speakers satisfaction & financial gain.
6.Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
7.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to connect, and interact with potential speakers.
8.Persuasive and Target oriented with proven sales results.
9.Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
You will need to be bursting with Self-confidence, Socially adept, Sponsor management, Love networking and enjoy presenting & Public speaking.
