- Develop and maintain relationships with independent insurance agents, serving as a resource for them on company products and sales processes

 -Work with agents to identify new business opportunities and increase sales

- Provide ongoing training and support to agents, including product knowledge and sales techniques

- Assist agents in the preparation and submission of insurance proposals, applications, and other required documentation

- Monitor and track agent performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to help agents reach their full potential

- Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company standards and regulations, and escalate any compliance issues to management

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes, and communicate relevant information to agents

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

- 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on sales and customer service

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with agents and - clients

- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations, with the ability to quickly learn new products and processes

- Proven track record of sales success, with the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects

- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
