USEReady is a forward-thinking data analytics and business intelligence solutions provider committed to empowering businesses with data-driven insights. As we expand our operations and establish a new team, we are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join us. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with in-office collaboration.

Title: Business Development Executive

Experience: 2-5 Years

Location: Pune / Mumbai

Work timing: 6 PM to 3 AM

Mode: WFH initially, Hybrid eventually.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Rep at USEReady, you will be a crucial member of our new team, responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, and laying the foundation for successful sales engagements. Your primary focus will be on creating a pipeline of leads through targeted outreach and engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead Generation:


- Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and research, to identify and engage with potential clients who may benefit from our data analytics and business intelligence solutions.

Qualification :


- Conduct thorough research on potential leads to understand their business needs and challenges.


- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and gather valuable information to pass on to the sales team.

Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects, effectively communicating USEReady's value proposition and identifying potential pain points that our solutions can address.

Appointment Setting: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and product demonstrations between prospects and the appropriate sales representatives.

Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and enabling seamless communication between the sales and marketing teams.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively engage with prospects and position USEReady as a leader in the field.

Continuous Learning: Stay current with our products, services, and industry developments to engage in knowledgeable conversations with potential clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and lead handoff processes.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role, preferably within the technology, data analytics, or business intelligence sector.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and succinctly.

Persistent and Resilient: Possess a tenacious and goal-oriented attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and keep a positive mindset.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools is a plus.

Time Management: Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid work model, blending remote work and in-office collaboration.

Team Player: A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Networking Skills: The ability to quickly build rapport and establish meaningful connections with potential clients.
