The ideal candidate will have at least 2 or 3 years experience at a start-up, with growing user acquisition + retention. We're looking for people who have demonstrated expertise at using multiple channels (paid as well as unpaid) to achieve acquisition goals and who have a passion to learn what they don't yet know. A head for numbers, and an eye for metrics will be a plus, as will a willingness to embrace targets and be goal-oriented. We're a team that works hard and plays hard and it'll be important to fit in culturally as well.
