USAM Technology Solutions - Manager - Sales Operations (5-15 yrs)
- You will be responsible for the following branches for sales operations and support the Sales team / Coordinators on products, quotations, logistics etc.
- Manage the coordinators and sales process to ensure the quotations are accurate and completed in timely manner.
- Support on documentation required for the tenders/GEM.
- Work closely with sales team in measuring their performance to achieve the targets / goals.
- Monitoring the daily reports of the Sales team and coordinators.
- Coordinate with branches for funnel, performance, reports, payments etc.
- Coordinate on the inventory management and also understand the market how the customers / competitors are performing.
- Coordinate and liaison with vendors, principals etc.
- Coordinate with purchase and logistics for the delivery of the materials.
- Monitor & manage accounts receivables, EMD- s, BG etc.
- Lead Generations
- Event organizing
- Customer visit along with sales team whenever required.
- Visit the branches on regular basis
