USAM Technology Solutions - Executive - Customer Relationship (0-2 yrs)
- Provide online support for remote installation and troubleshooting of the CAD software.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints
- Resolve the product or troubleshooting problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
- Unsolved problems should be intimated to the Principal company (Autodesk).
- Schedule appointments for the Technical / Sales team to meet prospective customers.
- Maintain good rapport with an existing customer to provide support on the usage, implementation, and changes in the software.
Educational Qualification :
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Should have good oral and written communication, also should be interested in tele calling.
- Should be interested in learning the product.
- Should have good documentation and report maintaining skill.
