USAM Technology Solutions - Customer Support Engineer (0-5 yrs)
- To install and repairs electronic equipment, such as computers, laptops, desktops, printers, plotters and other Information Technology Products.
- To study the blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications of equipment's to determine installation procedures.
- To attend all break down calls and fix the issues
- To attend to all preventive maintenance activities arise out of maintenance contracts
- To keep the office systems and printers in working condition
- To collect the installation report/service call report from the customer after completing the assigned task and to collect customer satisfaction survey report.
- To attend all warranty calls and inform the company about the spares required to fix the problems
- To work in align with the company's expectation of the customers at all times.
- To enhance the technical knowledge by attending the technical courses offered by the company as well as by the principal companies.
