Urvara Fertility Centre - Manager - Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager at the IVF Centre plays a crucial role in promoting and expanding the brand's presence, reaching out to potential patients, and developing effective utile will work closely with the management team to meet business objectives and contribute to the overall growth of the IVF Centre.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with Gynaecologists, obstetricians, general practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to secure referrals.
- Organize and participate in events, seminars, and workshops to educate the public and build awareness about infertility issues and the services offered by the IVF Centre.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, advertisements,
- qualifications expected of a Marketing Executive at an IVF Centre. Depending on the specific IVF Centre's size and requirements, some responsibilities may vary or additional tasks may be assigned.
- Building and Strengthening Relationship with keys Doctors, Medical fraternity, opinion Leaders, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- To ensure the coverage of all local and outstation markets as per the assigned time frame.
- To promote all strategies/ Plans given by the immediate supervisor/ organization.
- To conduct CMEs/ Health talks/ lunch or dinner meets/medical and health screening camps to promote both our Consultant and Organization.
Ensure Overall Target Achievement on monthly as well as quarterly basis given by the organization head/ immediate senior.
Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective patients
1-B- Pharma or B.sc and MBA in Marketing.
2- 1 to 3 years in medical/ IVF Marketing.
3. Candidate should have good knowledge of IVF.
4- Candidate should be creative and innovative.
