A. Good written and verbal communication skill.

B. 2-4 years of experience in customer relationship/ onsite customer projects

C. Energy domain / billing / financial or other numeric analysis experience desirable

D. Experienced in handling large Data sets in Excel/ SQL

E. Handled strict SLAs and TATs and performed under pressure
