Private jet charter broker :
We are currently searching for several junior charter brokers to join our team.
You will deal with requests, negotiate with operators and handle all your client's needs ahead of the flight, working under our UK-based team.
Ideally, interested candidates should possess the following skills :
- Ambition and drive to succeed
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic and flexibility
- Communication skills
- Additional language skills (not mandatory)
- Ability to surpass sales targets
- Prior experience as an air charter broker
Your job will include the following responsibilities :
- Gaining new clients
- Helping old ones with new flight requests
- Negotiating lower prices with operators
- Promoting our brokerage
- Referring your clients to our sister companies where appropriate
- Co-ordinating fights and operations with our UK team
