Job Description :

As an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager at Urbanrise, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on purchasing of Urbanrise properties in India, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and successfully closing deals.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive direct sales growth.

- Sell Urbanrise Indian Real Estate product by establishing contact developing relationships with prospects, and recommending solutions.

- Generate new leads through effective sales and marketing techniques.

- Convert leads into successful sales transactions and close sales deals with efficiency and professionalism.

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, identify and evaluate business opportunities by analyzing industry trends and competitors.

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, offering tailored solutions.

- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering value.

- Demonstrate a proactive and target-oriented approach to achieve sales goals.

- Prioritize customer satisfaction and focus on delivering value.

Requirements :

- Must have a hard-hitting sales attitude with experience and ability to make at least 100 calls a day. Experience in generating new leads through various sales/marketing techniques/BTL etc

- Should be from a non-real estate background with 3-5 years of experience in industries preferably from Edutech, Corporate Home Interior Sales, Insurance, Financial Products, or Time Share (Leisure& Hospitality, vacation ownership).

- Not more than 30 years of age, unmarried and bachelors.

- Good sales closing skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.

- Should have a valid Passport.

- Should have Fit and healthy body with no medical history (Ex. T.B, Hepatitis).

- Willing to travel between cities for events and also meet customers at their convenient

- Driver-type personality, mature, result-oriented, and customer-focused.

- Preferably an MBA or a graduate from a reputed institute.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to network and manage relationships with all customers and key stakeholders.

- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of Urbanrise products and position them against competitors.
