UrbanPro - Executive - Search Engine Marketing/Adwords/Performance Marketing (2-4 yrs)
SEM Ownership :
- Plan, create and monitor SEM campaigns for growing traffic and conversions for targeted keywords, categories in relevant geographies.
- Take ownership for achieving quarterly, monthly, daily targets for SEM channels and work with Head of Marketing to support overall organisational goals on growth, ROI and other key metrics.
SEM Knowledge & Excellence :
- Should have hands-on knowledge of SEM channels such as AdWords, Bing or other Performance Marketing Channels such as Yahoo, Facebook, Quora, LinkedIn or similar ad platforms. Should be well versed on Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Firebase etc.
- Should be passionate and aware about key trends, concepts and developments in SEM.
- Should be able to create, monitor and optimise top quality SEM landing pages with correct/optimised Adopies/creatives/media as per standard guidelines.
- Should ideally have earned relevant Certifications from Google or other competent authorities in SEM channels.
SEM Analytics & Reporting :
- Should be able to analyze, present and report important metrics related to performance of SEM
- Channels and campaigns on a regular basis with clear insights and actionable recommendations that can improve their performance further.
- Should be able to work with other team members within Marketing or related functions such as Technology, Product or Customer Support Teams as and when required.
