Job Summary :
- Urbanpro.com is seeking a highly motivated individual, with an entrepreneurial mindset, to join the team in the position of Customer Success Associate. Customer Success Associate will be responsible for understanding the issues of Individual Tutors through data analysis and through talking to them.
- The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong customer empathy, problem solving skills coupled with strong-ownership of deliverables. The candidate will get an unique opportunity to work very closely with senior management, he/she will report to the Head of Tutor Revenue
Specific Duties/Responsibilities :
- Understand the problems of Tutors by being in continuous touch with them
- Analyse Customer Data through excel data analysis
- Data management and maintenance of daily/monthly/weekly reports for the management team
- Organise periodic Tutor meetups at our office
Skills Requirements :
- Proficient communication skills (English-Verbal & written) with attention to detail.
- Patient listening skills to understand the issues of Tutors
- Knowledge of advanced Excel
- Dedication to take problems to their logical conclusions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
