With our comprehensive product suite, restaurants can now focus on their profitability while we handle integrations with top food aggregators, help set up a self-branded app/website, provide in-depth analytics, and much more.

At present, we are processing over 9 million transactions every month and are partnered with 20,000+ restaurants across the globe. To provide the best experience to our customers, we make use of a wide variety of technologies and process significantly large amounts of data on a daily basis.

Performance Marketing plays a vital role in a B2B SaaS Marketing Strategy. We are looking for a qualified Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and executing a paid marketing strategy to meet the overall business goals. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with proven success in the field. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you should be able to strategize, consider various approaches, be data-driven and deliver results at scale. If you are also an expert in SEO and content distribution, we would like to meet you.

Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all performance marketing initiatives to ensure brand awareness in multiple geographies, customer engagement on multiple platforms, and a strong pipeline of leads.

Responsibilities:

- Create performance marketing strategies aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.

- Run campaigns on multiple platforms including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.

- Run campaigns in multiple geographies including India, UAE, and the UK.

- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.

- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.

- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.

- Identifying and testing new channels and tools to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.

- Create effective landing pages that move users down the funnel, drive conversion.

- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.

- Coordinate with the rest of the marketing team to create and publish engaging content. (Website Content, Blogs, Case-studies, E-Books, Scripting for Podcasts and Branded Video Content, Sales Marketing Material, Marketing Collaterals, Emailers, Product Content etc.)

- Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies.

- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.

- Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics.

- Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience's attention.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.

- Proven experience handling digital marketing budgets, generating leads, driving revenue.

- Hands-on experience with Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

- Hands-on experience using tools such as SEMRush, SEOptimer, Moz, etc.

- Basic technical knowledge of web publishing, creating effective landing pages.

- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.

Good to have:

- Prior experience in F&B Industry

- Experience with SaaS products

- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
