- To follow up the process flow set by the management
- Effective Data Management with ERP system
- Co-ordination with client for providing the full details about all the projects in Chennai and make them satisfied based on the budget and also fulfill their requirement according to the customers need
- Be a part to make the customer visiting the project and explain the facility, advantages, USP of project
- Assigning Hot Enquiries to concern sales person to improvise sales conversion
- Effective Coordination with sales team
- Converting marketing qualified data as sales qualified data
- To share insights and reports on the campaign
- To attain weekly and monthly target on consistent manner
- Maintaining the good relationship with customer
- Experience in Construction and Real estate industry is mandatory.
