We are a bootstrapped D2C brand with great customer products in an industry which has seen phenomenal growth in e-commerce space and also where there is lack of National brands. 95% of sales in the industry is currently in unorganized market, of unbranded products.
So we are addressing & enjoying good customer loyalty this our D2C approach in first phase and then later we plan to go offline with our experience stores for omnipresence. We are backed by our 40 year manufacturing experience and capabilities, headed by young founders from top prestigious B Schools of the country. Having denied multiple investment offers, we plan to take the brand to a next level by building an exciting and talent rich team
We are looking to onboard a seasoned SEO & content lead who has previously worked with D2C/ecommerce industry, and who understands the consumer behavior, multiple touch points in digital space and is able to reach potential customers through strong SEO optimization and relevant content.
Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, Conduct keyword research to guide content.
- Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytics.
- Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum site engagement and high-performing competitive keyword rankings
- Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance.
- Increase organic and referral traffic volumes on the company site with the overall goal of increasing conversions.
- Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company's profitability
- Efficient in writing & generating quality Written/Digital content including banners, GIFS, videos which is in line with company's strategies and insights gained from data of various channels.
Ideal Candidate :
- 4+ years of experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager, or similar role
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience with SEO reporting
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
- Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills
