Role Summary :
- Urban Essentials is looking for an exceptionally motivated individual for the role of a Social Media Coordinator to lead the efforts in planning and execution of all things social media end-to-end.
- The candidate will be responsible for growing and engaging the Plush community on all major digital platforms. This would include coming up with certifiably creative ways of putting out content in-tune with the brand ethos.
- The candidate must possess strategic creative thinking, with a strong understanding of how thoughtful commercial design can influence and strengthen a brand. Ability to come up with bold new ideas to drive the brand language forward is a key.
- The candidate's role will involve handling everything from brand love and banter to customer escalations, support questions, and everything in between.
When you're most comfortable, you shall (key responsibilities) :
- Work with the team and external agency in defining and carrying out the digital language of the brand in an on-going basis including coming up with posts across the platforms.
- Own customer-centric social campaigns to help grow mentions and harness brand evangelists.
- Manage and respond to all social media inbounds DMs, customer inquiries, and reviews across Facebook and Instagram channels.
- Track all user-generated content and document memorable interactions to build robust content library.
- Establish Influencer Strategy - Identify, recruit and help manage influencers and third-party content creators to share experiences of Plush brand and products.

- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1-3 years of proven experience at social media marketing role in house or agency.
- Putting the customer first in all situations and scenarios.
- Knows the ins and outs of the latest internet/cultural trends.
- Thinks creatively and long-term among customer engagement.
- Possesses a - hands-on- mentality and - no task is too small- attitude.
- Platforms we'd love for you to be comfortable with.
