Role Summary :
- Urban Essentials is looking for an exceptionally motivated individual for the role of a Sales Officers to lead the sales in a cities ( Bangalore)
- The ideal candidate will have both passion and experience in ensuring sales at all levels - primary, secondary and tertiary also ensuring our brand is available to the targeted customers at the right place and right time - at general trade and modern trade.
- Previous experience in Bangalore FMCG Channel is a must
- Good communication skills
- Two wheeler is a must
PLUSH is a urban centric brand creating a niche in the mass premium segment. The Candidate is expected to :
- Find strong and dedicated distributors for trade
- Ensure product placement at targeted outlets
- Drive tertiary sales/on ground activities to ensure throughput
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand building and carrying out BTL activities
- Lead a small team of passionate sales force who will have one single common objective - Driving throughput
- Set and facilitate growth of all channel partners - distributors and retailers
- Build relations with the trade and solve any issues which may arise on ground
- Report and improve upon monthly sales targets
