Urban Essentials - Customer Support/Digital Marketing Role (1-4 yrs)
Role Summary :
- Manage and respond to all social media inbounds- DMs, customer inquiries, and reviews- across Facebook and Instagram channels
- Manage and respond to all email communications
- Ensure timely delivery of all ecommerce orders
- Own customer-centric social campaigns to help grow mentions and harness brand evangelists
-Create audience sets and targeting them efficiently at the lowest cost
- Design and create Emailers/SMS for effective targeting
- Track all user-generated content and document memorable interactions to build robust content library
Good communication skills would be a major deciding factor
