Urban Essentials - BTL Marketing/Sales Role (2-9 yrs)

Role Summary :
- Urban Essentials is looking for an exceptionally motivated individual for the role of Marketing Manager- Bangalore
- To drive tertiary sales from MT and standalone GT channel across Bangalore
- Coordinate with visual merchandisers for stock placement and store branding
- Hire, train and motivate promoters/sales associates to drive Plush across retail stores
- Ideate and lead city wide marketing and sales activities
- Regularly meet with Modern Trade channels (Health & Glow, More, Namdharis and others) to plan for better offtake and drive sales through their outlets
PLUSH is a urban centric brand creating a niche in the mass premium segment. The Candidate is expected to :
- Drive tertiary sales/on ground activities to ensure throughput
- Coordinate with the central marketing team to ensure brand building and carrying out BTL activities
- Lead a small team of passionate sales force who will have one single common objective
- Driving throughput
- Set and facilitate growth of all channel partners - distributors and retailers
- Build relations with the trade and solve any issues which may arise on ground
- Report and improve upon monthly sales targets
