Urban Culture - Tellecaller (0-1 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers or clients to promote products/services, follow up on inquiries, or generate leads.
- Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers, resolve queries, and provide information regarding products, services, or billing.
- Sales & Promotion: Actively promote and sell company products/services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Customer Support: Address customer complaints, assist with issues, and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, gather contact details, and input them into the database for follow-ups.
- Maintain Call Records: Accurately document the details of every call, including customer interactions, product/service inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed call and sales targets set by the company.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback for improving services and products.
- Update Database: Regularly update and maintain the customer database with accurate contact information and follow-up details.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments (sales, marketing, customer support) to achieve overall business goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to converse confidently with customers.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to influence and persuade customers to make decisions, especially in sales-based roles.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A focus on providing a positive customer experience and resolving issues effectively.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other tools used for data entry and call tracking.
- Multitasking Ability: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, such as managing calls, logging information, and addressing customer needs simultaneously.
- Time Management: Ability to handle high call volumes and meet deadlines while maintaining quality in communication.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Address customer complaints or issues and provide solutions promptly.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some employers may prefer a degree or relevant experience.
Work Environment:
- Office Setting: office environment.
- Working Hours: 10:00 Am to 7 Pm
- Working days: 6 working days, Mon- Sat
