Job Responsibilities
1. We are looking to hire a Social Media Associate as part of our Communications Team. Your role is to create awareness and inform consumers about the services we offer and act as an advisor-cum-guide on how to best use these services.
2. You will be required to combine marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest through innovative media campaigns.

4. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
5. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
6. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
7. Work with external and internal stakeholders to develop integrated ad campaigns.
8. Continuously improve handle performance by capturing and analyzing appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
9. Collaborate with other teams (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
2. Proven work experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist of 1- 2 years.
3. Excellent writing, presentation, analytical and communication skills.
4. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
5. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major social media channels.
6. Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
7. Graphic Designing Skills (Photoshop/AE/Canva) is a plus.
