- We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as- Virtual Relationship Manager.
What will I be doing as a Virtual Relationship Manager?
Principal Responsibilities
- Building effective relationships with clients to retain and develop sustainable relationships
- Identify customer financial needs then make recommendations where appropriate
- Demonstrate ability to incrementally add client Assets under Management
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in bringing in optimum resolutions.
- Ability to think innovative solutions as a part of resolution from client feedback.
- Establishing & engaging with clients through alternate channels such as chat, call, video.
- Improving customer experience by collating customer feedback, identifying areas to improve such as operational, administrative, processes and competitiveness of products and services
- Maintaining an awareness of relevant products and services available in order to provide the best solutions for clients
- Supporting operational improvement initiatives, providing customer feedback of our service and product offering and ensuring quality compliance.-
Qualifications
What do I need to be successful in this role?
- Dogged drive to resolve customer problems with financial advisory.
- Reasonable knowledge of wealth management products, but not mandatory.
- Customer oriented and able to capture customer financial needs.
- Good command of English & Hindi is advantageous
- Completion of Under Graduate course.
