- As our Performance Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and executing incredible performance marketing campaigns that blow minds and drive ROI through the roof. You'll work with our in-house designers and developers to create campaigns that are not just visually stunning, but also optimized for maximum conversions.

So what are we looking for? Here are the qualifications we want in our next superstar:

- You've got a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns for e-commerce businesses ( A MUST!), with 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing.

- You've got experience in full funnel marketing building.

- You're an expert in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms, as well as Google Analytics.

- You're a night owl and thrive in high-pressure situations.

- You're a wizard with PPC, paid social, email, and display advertising.

- You've got killer analytical skills and know how to use data analysis tools like a pro.

- You're a team player and can communicate with clients and internal teams like a boss.

- You've got a knack for meeting and exceeding performance targets, and you're not afraid to take risks to get there.

- You've got a Master's or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred but not required - we're more interested in your skills than your diploma).
