Team Leadership : Build and lead a dynamic sales team, providing coaching, training, and mentorship to ensure their success.

Customer Acquisition : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.

Customer Relationship Management : Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Pipeline Management : Implement effective sales processes, monitor the sales pipeline, and optimize conversion rates.

Sales Performance Metrics : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the sales team and make data-driven decisions.

Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to guide decision-making.

Budget Management : Responsible for managing the sales budget, allocating resources effectively, and optimizing ROI.

Sales Collateral : Work with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and materials to support sales efforts.

Reporting : Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to provide insights into sales performance and strategy effectiveness
