We at Upside Cloud Technologies are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, preferably within the healthcare and medical domain, with experience selling software applications for hospitals and clinics in India. This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills to drive business growth and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

- Identify, target, and engage with potential clients in the healthcare and medical sectors, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges.

3. Product Expertise:

- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's software products and services, with a focus on healthcare solutions.

- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to clients.

4. Market Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the healthcare software domain.

- Provide feedback to the product development team to align offerings with market demands.

5. Sales Operations:

- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills :

- MBA or equivalent management degree, preferably from IIM or a top-tier institute.

- 2 to 4 years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Experience in the healthcare domain, selling software solutions to hospitals and clinics, is a strong advantage.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
