Founded in Sep 2020, UpSale Suite helps restaurants build interactive menus integrated with WhatsApp. Our user interface is simple and minimal. The complexities of technology are handled by Upsale DIFM experts and CSMs in the background.

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience as a sales executive.

- Should be a good and thorough negotiator.

- Proficiency in English language is preferable.

- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.

- The ideal candidate will be self-driven, a fast learner and possess a passion for sales.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

- Set up meetings with potential clients and carefully listen to them for any queries and requests.

- Prepare and deliver presentations about the product and services.

- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

- Ensure the product implementation is done after sales and demonstrations.

- Represent the company in exhibitions and conferences.

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with fellow team members.
