Overview of job :
Uplift Innovations is looking for Operations Executive for Chennai. You will be responsible to handle the network growth, ATL & BTL Campaign function & operations, audit i.e. internal audits, client audits, cost audits, etc.
Reporting of the role :
This role reports to the Head - Operations (Chennai)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with the team and get the target achieved.
- Hands on bringing success to the on-going campaign
- Team handling - Operations
- Highly acknowledged on ATL and BTL campaigns
- Building robust teams to achieve the targets set.
- Finding new media, manpower and avenues, involve in negotiations
- Clear experience and knowledge on vendor management especially on production and materials rates
- ATL experience on Print, Media and OOH, Experienced knowledge on fabrications and event management.
- End to end ownership of the activity allocated (on field)
What you need :
- Graduate
- Team handling and vendor management
- Good Skills on MS office
- Good communication skill
- 3-7 Years of experience (ATL & BTL)
- Two wheeler driving and licence is an added advantage
- Candidates with an ATL and BTL background with good communication and negotiation skills are more preferred.
- Ready to work in an early startup environment.
- Flexible working hours.
- Passionate about marketing.
