Your Role :
- Responsible for achieving the sales targets, overall revenue generation and managing cost effectively
- Focusing on generating revenue by converting the leads.
- Ensure the conversion ratio from Lead to Payment is as per the prescribed target.
- Manage a team of Chief Admissions Counsellors & Admissions Counselors working from the centers, driving their productivity and generating revenue through them
Requirement :
- Atleast 8+ years of experience in Inside sales
- Good in Number Crunching
- Analytical bend
- Strong decision making ability
