Upgrad - Executive - Telesales (1-4 yrs)
- Understanding to Capitalize on digital technologies (current and future) to engage Customer, partner with the targeted audience to build better results and deliver an optimal digital client experience.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Answer questions about the forex products or the company
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling/Email
- Research and lead generation
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,competitive activities.
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner from all the platforms
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
