Role and Responsibilities :

- Develop world-class content for courses on various subjects taught in colleges across India.

- Understand the industry requirements and develop courses to help students meet high standards

- Plan and execute student competency assessment and engagement to ensure an extraordinary learning experience

- Quickly learn complex concepts and ensure the quality of content, instructional design, and overall course experience

- Define & structure content development process; work with educational content across all levels

- Work closely with senior faculty, freelancers, and global industry leaders

- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams such as production, quality assurance and business development to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet content production deliverables

Min Skills Required :

- BE/ B-Tech/ M-Tech Graduate or equivalent 

- Good to have: Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication

- Other branches such as Mechanical and Civil can also apply if interested and can demonstrate aptitude in domains mentioned below.

- Overall years of experience: 1 - 2 years

- Have worked on and are interested in technical domains (Full Stack Development, Blockchain, Backend, Frontend Development, Mobile App Development, Software Engineering or Machine Learning)

- Intermediate or Advanced Level of Expertise in at least one Programming language: Java, javascript, node, react, solidity, C, C++ etc.

- Being creative, energetic, able to come up with out-of-the-box ideas, good communication skills, street smart and have worked in extracurriculars and being a good team player.

- Excellence in problem-solving and structuring of complex processes in new terrains

- Good to have : Knowledge in (digital) pedagogic content production; preferably in higher education

- Good to have : Teaching or content creation experience would be valuable
