Job Responsibilities:

- Ability to lead a team of highly motivated professionals with a strong sales acumen along with customer centric approach

- Oversee the entire sales cycle

- Will be responsible for all Student communication and interaction, hence should have strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to learn new concepts & market trends quickly in order to counsel students about the same

- Process development for counselling, sales & continuous improving on the process

- Ability to motivate and lead teams of 5-7 people to execute counselling/ sales

Skills Required:

- Strong sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what UpGrad is offering to its prospective students

- Prior knowledge of having worked on CRM software like Salesforce, Freshdesk etc would be preferable

- Ability to approach any situation with patience and empathy

- Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times

- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines

- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a must

Education : Graduate/PostGraduate in any field.

Experience : 3-5+ years- experience in the field of tele sales or any customer services field.

Salary Offered : 8-10 LPA
